Wie sieht der Neurologe das Ph\u00e4nomen Schmerz ?<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Seit Jahren veranstaltet das CNST Kalkar regelm\u00e4\u00dfig Informationsveranstaltungen zum Thema regenerative Schmerztherapie bei Arthrose (Verschlei\u00df der Gelenke), Osteoporose (verminderte Knochendichte) und Sch\u00e4den der Bandscheiben bzw. der Wirbels\u00e4ule und Nervenwurzeln. Im Mittelpunkt steht hier die innovative und schmerzfreie Methode der Kernspintherapie (MBST), die es h\u00e4ufig erm\u00f6glicht, ohne Operation auszukommen. Auf grosse Resonanz st\u00f6\u00dft immer wieder die Einbettung der Schmerzbehandlung in ein von Neurologen entwickeltes Konzept, das Schmerzentstehung, Schmerzleitung und Schmerzverarbeitung umfasst. Ziel ist es dabei, nicht nur vor\u00fcbergehend Schmerzen zu beseitigen, sondern die Schmerzursachen anzugehen. Hierzu wird das schmerzausl\u00f6sende Gewebe wie zum Beispiel der Gelenkknorpel im Knie veranlasst, sich zu regenerieren. Dies kann vielfach Gelenkersatz unn\u00f6tig werden lassen. Seit August 2012 bieten wir im CNST Kalkar neu entwickelte Therapieformen an, die insbesondere gegen Schmerzen, dann auch gegen \u00a0Mi\u00dfempfindungen wie Kribbeln und pelziges Taubheitsgef\u00fchl ausgerichtet sind. Die Behandlungsmethoden der Hochtontherapie und vor allem die der Kernspinresonanztherapie (MBST) sind auch bei Gelenkschmerzen, zum Beispiel bei Arthrose in Knie, Schulter oder H\u00fcfte, ferner auch bei Schmerzen der Wirbels\u00e4ule, hier vor allem auch bei Bandscheibenvorfall und Osteoporose wirksam. Wir sind sicher, dass wir damit noch mehr Patienten mit Schmerzen infolge von Arthrose und Problemen der Wirbels\u00e4ule sowie Patienten mit Polyneuropathie und Mi\u00dfempfindungen helfen k\u00f6nnen. Anhaltende Wirkung der Transkraniellen Magnetstimulation bei Alzheimer Demenz<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Erneut berichtet ein Forscherteam in einer internationalen Fachzeitschrift \u00fcber Erfolge durch eine Behandlung mit der Transkraniellen Magnetstimulation bei Demenz und Sprachst\u00f6rungen (Maria Cotelli und Mitarbeiter 2011 im Journal of Neurology, Neurosurgery and Psychiatry). Durch schnelle repetitive Magnetstimulation stellte sich innerhalb weniger Wochen eine deutliche Besserung des Sprachverst\u00e4ndnisses bei Personen mit einer Demenz ein. Diese Besserung war auch noch nach 2 Monaten nachweisbar. Die hier durchgef\u00fchrte hochfrequente Magnetstimulation erfordert spezielle Ger\u00e4te, wie sie in unserem Centrum f\u00fcr Neurotherapie verwendet werden. \u00c4hnliche Erfolge sehen auch wir mit der Transkraniellen Magnetstimulation und anderen Neurostimulationsverfahren bereits nach 2-3 Wochen intensiver Kurzzeittherapie.
