Im CNST Kalkar wird Schmerztherapie nach einem systematischen Konzept durchgef\u00fchrt. Im Bereich der lokalen Schmerzentstehung<\/i> wird nach \u00f6rtlichen Ursachen f\u00fcr Schmerzen gesucht. Diese k\u00f6nnen zum Beispiel im Bereich der Gelenke, der Nerven, der Muskeln und Sehnen oder der Haut liegen. Mit Stimulationsverfahren wie der Kernspinresonanztherapie (MBST) k\u00f6nnen hier gute bis sehr gute Effekte im Bereich der Gelenke, Knochen und Sehnen erzielt werden. Mit unserer differenzierten Begr\u00fcndung k\u00f6nnen wir eine Kosten\u00fcbernahme durch private Krankenkassen bzw. Beihilfe mit hoher Sicherheit erreichen.<\/p>

Von nicht zu untersch\u00e4tzender Bedeutung f\u00fcr anhaltende Schmerzen sind St\u00f6rungen im Bereich der Schmerzleitung<\/i>. Diese erfolgt durch Nerven und R\u00fcckenmark. St\u00f6rungen in diesen Bereichen sind sehr h\u00e4ufig. Unsere Erfahrung ist, dass durch Ber\u00fccksichtigung und gezielte Behandlung hier liegender St\u00f6rungen die Effekte der oben erw\u00e4hnten lokalen Schmerzbehandlung zum Teil erstaunlich gebessert werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>

Schlie\u00dflich r\u00fcckt in den letzten Jahren vermehrt das sogenannte Schmerzverarbeitungszentrum<\/i> in den Blickpunkt der Schmerzmedizin. Hierbei handelt es sich um ein verzweigtes Netz verschiedener Regionen des Gehirns, die auf die Schmerzwahrnehmung und die emotionale wie auch gedankliche Bearbeitung der Schmerzwahrnehmung Einfluss nehmen. Auch hier zeigt sich, dass eine gezielte Diagnostik und Therapie von St\u00f6rungen der schmerzverarbeitenden Systeme zu weitaus besseren Ergebnissen als eine ausschlie\u00dflich lokal orientierte Schmerzbehandlung f\u00fchrt.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
